Cougars Earn 2nd Win on the Season

The Boy's defeated Faquier HS 5-4 on a cold afternoon to improve their record on the season 2-3.

Keiron lost 8-6 but almost made an unbelievable come back as he was down 7-0!

Cougars fall in a close match against the Chargers

The Boy's fell to 1-3 overall with a loss to Chancellor 6-3 in another very close match.

March 20

Tennis for both Girl's and Boy's will be cancelled today due to the weather.  Remember we have matches against Chancellor on Monday - (Girls - Home) - (Boy's - Away).  Boy's meet by the stadium at 2:55 on Monday to load the bus.

Cougars first win of the season!

On a cold day the boy's defeated King George  7-2 for their first win of the season.  They are now 1-2 and will travel to Chancellor on Monday, March 23.

Cougars fall to Easter View

The Cougars hosted Eastern View for their home opener today and lost 8-1 on a cold windy day.  Parker was the lone singles victory and Patrick played a very tight match.  The Cyclones are a tough team but improvement was  noted by all the Cougars today!

The Boy's  traveled to Liberty HS for their season opener today and lost a very close match 5-4.

Cougars scrimmage Massaponax

With only 2 1/2 days on the courts and shorthanded the boy's played well today against the Panthers!  The #1 doubles team of Hunter and Lyle played a very tight match having to come from behind late to secure an 11 - 9 win!!

Boy's Tennis will be cancelled again today due to the weather.  Please be sure to be at the courts by 2:45 tomorrow for the Scrimmage against Massaponax.  If you have a Courtland Tennis shirt please wear it to the scrimmage tomorrow.

IMPACT Concussion Testing for the Boy's team - March 4th after school

In case we have to cancel practice due to rain, please make sure you take the IMPACT Concussion test if you are required to.  Please read below to see if you need to take it.

Athletes that need to take the test are 9th and 11th graders, any transfers, or anyone new to a sport in high school this season. IF an athletes has taken the concussion test for another sport this year, then they do not need to take it again this season.  The test needs to be done after school in a computer lab.  It usually takes about 45 minutes for everyone to be done.  

So, if you are required to take the test please meet outside his Athletic Training room, connected to the AUX gym right after school.
